How long will it take for my order to arrive?​
Shipping times depend on where you are. For most countries, it’s 7-14 business days after your order ships. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way, so you can follow its journey.​

Yep, we ship to pretty much every corner of the globe! Just pop your location in at checkout to see available shipping options and costs.​

What if the jewelry doesn’t fit?​
Rings, especially, can be tricky! We include size guides on each product page—definitely check those before ordering. If it’s still not right, you can return it within 14 days (as long as it’s unworn) for a refund or exchange.​

How do I take care of my Ksruidafei pieces?​
To keep them sparkly: Take off earrings/necklaces before showering or swimming, avoid contact with perfume or lotion, and store them in the little pouch they came in when not wearing. Simple steps, but they’ll help your jewelry last longer!​

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?​
We try to process orders fast, but if you need to make a change, email us right away at ksruidafei@hotmail.com. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll sort it out—no problem. Once it’s on the way, though, we can’t adjust it, but you can always return it once it arrives.​

Are your materials hypoallergenic?​
Most of our pieces are made with stainless steel or gold-plated metals that are gentle on sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, check the product description—we list materials there to help you decide.​
